Metro Sales Tax Measure to be discussed at June CAC meeting

Matt Raymond, Chief Communications Officer for Metro, will give a presentation on the proposed half-cent transportation sales tax measure being considered by Metro's Board for the November ballot at the next Citizens' Advisory Council meeting.

The meeting will be held Wednesday, June 25, in the Gateway Plaza conference room of the Metro headquarters building, adjacent to Union Station. It is accessible by the Metro Red, Purple and Gold Lines; Metrolink; and numerous bus lines operated by Metro, LADOT, Foothill Transit, and Santa Monica's Big Blue Bus. The meeting begins at 6:30pm and the public is invited to attend.
